During Art Basel 2015, a night filled with Food For Thought in the form of interactive experiences and idea-provoking conversations will take place on 17 June 2015 at the Laufen Forum.
LAUFEN invites you to experience an evening filled with unexpected interactions, installations and discussions. The journey will begin at the Laufen Forum with a selection of projects curated by Dante – Goods and Bads which originally unveiled at Milan Design Week at the BNW installation. A hybrid dining experience conceived by multidisciplinary design outfit Studio Appétit will fuse architecture, art and design with food.
Zuzanna Skalska of 360INSPIRATION – advisory board member of Dutch Design Week Eindhoven and visiting lecturer at TU/e Technical University Eindhoven, Department of Industrial Design – will give a lecture on trend-forecasting. Following Skalska’s talk, Laufen presents a discussion panel with the world’s most successful architects, designers, publishers and institutions moderated by Jovan Jelovac, co-founder of Brand New World, a platform of forecasters of future design. The conversations will address the diversity of the creative industries as an incentive to develop an experimental, stimulating programme in order to stimulate an ever-changing, evolving intellectual process.
To attend, please RSVP before Thursday, June 11th.
